Description: Albino White Top Pitcher Plant is a completely white and green variant of Sarracenia leucophylla. It is albino, so it does not produce the red pigment anthocyanin. Its flowers are yellow and, as the leaves fade in the fall, they have no red whatsoever. Leaves grow to 24" tall. Expect a very strong late summer show, typical of the white top species.
This is a group of choice genetically unique clones that are surprisingly vigorous and wonderfully colored.
Pitcher Plant Care: Plant in full sun to part shade outdoors. Use peat moss and perlite in a very large planter and keep it wet. It loses its leaves in the winter. Cold hardy to 20F in a pot and 0F in the ground.
All plants will ship bare root, without pots and soil.
